KIRI Consult Limited is an ISO 9001 certified company that started operations in 2004 and later incorporated in 2005. The Company offers Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy services in water, transport and structural infrastructure.

exceeds customer expectation.
This shall be achieved by establishing a Corporate
Strategic Plan and Quality Objectives at relevant
functional levels and meeting customer, statutory,
regulatory and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
To measure the suitability and effectiveness of the
Quality System, the management shall monitor, analyze
and evaluate the performance of the Quality System
through Internal Audits and Management Reviews as a
basis for Continual Improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction.

To effectively and efficiently deliver services to our Clients, the Board of KIRI keep abreast of changes in its key stakeholder expectations, updating its strategy and monitoring its implementation. They provide resources to ensure that the objectives of the company are met; key among them is the growth of the company, financial sustainability, operational excellence and enhancement of institutional capacity.
The board is comprised of professionals in Engineering, Finance, Human Resource and Marketing.
