KIRI is organized into departments specialized in Water and Sanitation, Buildings and Structures, and Transport. These departments are supported by Finance and Administration department.

Each of the department is headed by highly qualified and experienced professional who ensures that services are delivered on time and meets or exceeds customer expectation. When required teams may be formed of members across the departments to deliver on components relating to their specialization.
