Project Overview
This road would open up and facilitate traffic movement to key industrial cement companies and learning institutions like Daystar university within Mavoko in Machakos Countyy. The Kenya Urban Roads Authority envisaged that the quarry loop (Mlolongo-Mombasa Road) serves major quarries that are a backbone to the construction industry in Mavoko, Nairobi and its environs. The Daystar loop serves an international university (Daystar University). The Kinani-EPZ Road will link traffic from Mombasa Road to the proposed greater Eastern Bypass.
